As external innovation scout for Johnson & Johnson Innovation, Tess connects with entrepreneurial scientists across the Benelux. As she is trained as a scientist, she has a distinct understanding of both the needs of early-stage researchers and of pharmaceutical companies. She is therefore uniquely positioned to support the creation of mutually beneficial strategic partnerships.
